We know which lenders are best suited to you, your particular credit, income, employment, history, and current status.
Most lenders use FICO® scores as their primary method to estimate risk for an individual's application.
Associate Mortgage knows there is more to consider than just a person's Credit Report or FICO® score.
Many of Associate Mortgage's lenders approve loans after considering additional information or special circumstances, they may extend you credit even if your score is low.

These reports shouldn't be the only factor evaluated for
every loan application, every one is unique! Clients often come to me after having their credit pulled by a number of brokers
and/or lenders and
Their Scores have gone down!!!! Federal Law says credit scores will not be affected by credit pulls while shopping for a loan or mortgage.
BUT, Your credit scores ARE PULLED DOWN each
time your credit is pulled or requested outside a 14 day time frame.
This WILL effect
your qualifying for the best rates and terms which would have been available
to you at the first pull.
Wait
until you have selected a Broker or Lender whom you feel confident will deliver what they state.

When you contact Associate Mortgage we will ask your
permission to pull your credit. Typically this is performed after talking about
your needs, wants and learning more about your qualifications, e.g., employment
and debts. If you know you have credit problems, or if there may be issues unresolved, it may be best to let
your mortgage broker pull your credit and review it with you in detail.
